Where we deliver

We deliver within India only, through Shiprocket and its courier partners. Some PIN codes are not serviceable. Enter your PIN code on the product page or at checkout to see whether we deliver to you.

Bulk orders of 30 bags or more are sent to your PIN code by a transport company, or you can collect them in Verna, Goa. Delivery cost is not included in your quote.

Delivery time

We dispatch your order within 1 working day after the payment is confirmed. If that day is a Sunday or a public holiday, we dispatch it on the next working day.

Delivery time depends on your PIN code and the courier. When you enter your PIN code on the product page, you see the courier’s estimated delivery date. It is an estimate, not a guarantee. Remote areas can take longer. If your order arrives after the delivery date shown at checkout, see “When we replace or refund” in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Shipping charges

The shipping charge depends on your PIN code and the weight of your order. You see it at checkout before you pay. It already includes GST (18 % at present).

Tracking your order

We ship with Shiprocket. When your order is shipped, we email you a link to track it, and Shiprocket also sends you tracking updates. If you have not received the link, message us on WhatsApp or email us with your order number.

Check your address

Please check your address, PIN code and phone number before you pay. We cannot change the delivery address after dispatch.

Damaged parcel

If the outer box looks damaged, tell the courier at delivery if you can. Then contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Failed delivery

If the courier cannot deliver your order and it comes back to us, see “Failed delivery” in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, for example natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, transport disruptions or government orders.
